Onboarding & Setup

How do I get started with StoneBridge Fulfillment? +

Getting started is simple: submit a quote request or contact us directly. We'll review your requirements and get your account set up. There are no onboarding fees or complex paperwork, most clients are live within a few days of their first inquiry.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees? +

No. StoneBridge Fulfillment charges zero onboarding fees. We don't charge container unloading or receiving fees. You only pay for the prep and fulfillment services you actually use.

Is there a minimum order requirement? +

No monthly minimums. Whether you're shipping 50 units or 50,000, we'll work with you. Volume-based pricing automatically adjusts as your business grows.

FBA Prep Questions

What is your FBA prep turnaround time? +

Our standard FBA prep turnaround is 24 business hours after inventory is received and checked in. During peak seasons, we'll communicate any changes to this timeline proactively.

What FBA prep services do you offer? +

We offer comprehensive FBA prep including FNSKU/barcode labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, Hazmat labeling, bundling (up to 6 items), unbundling, sticker removal, shipment plan creation, box labeling, and small parcel shipment (SPD) creation. All prep meets Amazon's current FBA requirements.

Do you handle Hazmat and dangerous goods? +

Yes. We can apply Hazmat labels and handle products that require special Amazon Hazmat designations. These are priced at $0.60/unit (under 1,000 units/month) with volume discounts available. Please notify us about Hazmat products when onboarding so we can ensure proper handling procedures.

Order Fulfillment Questions

What is the FBM order processing cutoff time? +

FBM orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are processed the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. This ensures your customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Can you fulfill orders from multiple channels simultaneously? +

Absolutely. Multi-channel fulfillment is a core capability at StoneBridge. We can simultaneously process orders from Amazon FBM, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and other platforms from a single inventory pool.

Do you offer branded packaging and custom inserts? +

Yes. We support branded packaging, custom inserts, thank-you cards, and custom tissue paper. Custom packaging services are quoted individually based on your requirements. Contact us to discuss your brand needs.

Pricing & Billing

Pricing & Billing Questions

How is pricing calculated? +

Pricing is per-unit based on your monthly volume. The more units you process per month, the lower your per-unit cost. Volume tiers are: up to 1,000 / 1,001–3,000 / 3,001–7,000 / 7,000+ units per month. For 7,000+ units, contact us for a custom quote.

Are there any hidden fees? +

No hidden fees. Receiving is free and SPD label pasting is free. You only pay for prep services you use. Shipping costs (carrier charges) are passed through at cost, we don't mark up carrier rates. Storage fees, if applicable, are quoted transparently upfront.

How do you bill for services? +

We invoice on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your volume and preference. Invoices are detailed and itemized, you can see exactly which services were performed on which SKUs. Payment is accepted by ACH transfer or credit card.

Can I get updates on my inventory and orders? +

Yes. We provide regular updates on inventory levels, stock movement, order statuses, and shipment tracking. You always have full visibility into where your products are and what's been processed, just reach out to our team at any time.

Is my inventory insured while at your warehouse? +

Yes. Our facility is fully insured. In the unlikely event your inventory is damaged while in our care, we will work with you on a resolution. We take the security and safety of your products seriously.

Do you handle returns and reverse logistics? +

Yes. We offer returns processing services including receiving returned items, inspecting condition, restocking sellable inventory, and disposing of or returning unsellable units per your instructions. Contact us for returns processing rates.
